Robin suggested this at the Pittsburgh Cushing's Dinner. These are the ones I gave out at the dinner and send out with the awareness bracelets. I print them on special tri-fold brochure paper and that works out well. I have not been able to work over the past year. Tasks that used to take me several hours to complete now take two days. I can no longer walk the dog.
