Though I've heard of a few of the conditions it really is eye-opening to learn of some of the struggles first-hand. Felt incredibly sorry for the guy who had to pay the $21,000 for his enzyme treatment every few weeks--good thing he was able to get on the drug company's assistance plan eventually.
