Guest kai
Go to PubMed. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi Search for mild cushing syndrome. I have found over a dozen articles that discuss how various forms of mild Cushings will not show up on the traditional cortisol tests. Some of the articles explain how to diagnose mild Cushings. Maybe this will be some hope for those of us with traditional Cushings symptoms with normal cortisol levels. Now I just have to figure out how to bring this up with my endo doc. I respect her and like her but she has told me that she doesn't think that there is mild Cushings. Maybe peer-reviewed journal articles can change her mind. Guest
Kai, Hi, thank you for posting this, in doing so I learned that maybe it could be my medication parlodel making my blood cortisol show that it is normal? I will be asking my doctor about this. Paula
