Here are my test results: Test...............................................Level........................Range 24hr urine cortisol:.........................99............................0 - 50 ACTH, plasma................................211.2.......................7.2 - 63.3 I know that ACTH levels can be elevated due to chronic illness or stress. My question is, is it possible for someone's ACTH be elevated as much as above by stress alone? What is the typical ACTH blood plasma level of someone with Cushing's disease? Your levels are clearly elevated. Everyone's levels will vary with this disease.
