Apparently sprained my wrist picking up a glass of water. Do the rest of you injure easily too?

Yes, this kind of thing happens to me too. I was playing soccer in the backyard with my nephews (not an intense game) in my barefeet, and broke my toe.

YES! 4 years ago I fell and broke my wrist. I pulled or tore a ligament in my wrist at work 3 years ago. A couple months later, I got a stress fracture in my foot, and I have no idea how it happened. I seem to always have mystery injuries.
