Great appt! Nobody at the office could believe how different I looked! I have my next echo. in 6 months to see how the heart is doing. Right now, all is about the same :-)

Off to the cardiologist today. I can't wait until he sees my transformation. He has never seen me "normal". Praying for a good report. Loving this rainy weather!

Physically much better today. Gym done, playdate done, laundry done. Now I am curling up on the couch with some cherry coke zero & popcorn all by myself. Thanks Tiffany Cunningham for the great company & lunch!

Great workout this morning and fun at Muffins with Mom at Ryan's preschool. I got the sweetest picture and necklace from him. He was so proud that his Mama was there! I am grateful that I could be! Off to Chick fil A for dinner tonight.

2 loads of laundry, breakfast, & it's only 8:15. WHEW! Off to preschool and then to the gym. Ready for another good workout!

I am going to collapse now. I am so proud of what I did at Body Works this morning. Simply amazing. Thank you Cathy Schelling for a fantastic class!

Off to Body Works for the first time in 2 years. May the Lord have mercy on my muscles! Taking it easy to get my body back into it. I am SO excited and Ryan is ready for Kid's Club. I seriously cannot believe I am well enough to go. Praise God for healing!!!

It was a good effort, but we didn't catch anything. Ryan had fun feeding the minnows and watching the baby alligator in the pond. Great family fun!

My new stove is being installed! I can't wait to use it toninght! Hopefully we'll get to take Ryan fishing for the first time in the pond this afternoon. I hope we catch something!!

What a great day! We got a beautiful new stove, I got an amazing new haircut, and I feel beautiful for the first time in a LOOOOONG time! I have lost another pound and fit into 2 more pairs of shorts that my wonderful sister in law, Nanette Williamson Dolby gave me. I am the incredibly shrinking woman...as everyone calls me Life is so good.

Going to get my hair did today! Hopefully she can work another miracle on what I have. I can't WAIT until my real hair is all grown back in! Then it's off on an appliance hunt. We need a new stove.

Just a fantastic day. Not much pain today, GREAT workout, and successful shopping trip for new towels! Lunch alone and a trip to the produce market. I should say I've been successful! Got the boy and now I am going to sit down! I am so glad to be back to the gym. It was like old times today :-)

Taking Ryan for a makeup day at school. Then it's off to the gym for me (YAHOO) and then I must get some new towels! JCPenney, here I come!

I am now officially a member of LA Fitness again!!! YAHOO!!!!

Bittersweet day as it's time for me to say goodbye to cardiac rehab. The rest of my month is getting crazy and it's time for me to pursue time with my son and moving on to new endeavours. I will miss everyone dearly and cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me in the year that I have known them. I am ready to rejoin the ranks at LA Fitness....FINALLY!!!!! I miss my friends there dearly and am so thankful that I am finally well enough to go about this exercise thing on my own. Re...

Awesome time at the splash pad. Ryan was the last one to leave! He had such a good time. Quick trip to the Dollar Tree & now it's nap time. Meanwhile, I am off to kill wasps...fun fun! GREAT new though...the boy has told me TWICE in the past hour that he needed to go potty!!! He even came out of his room after I put him down to tell me. That has never happened!! I am celebrating progress!!

Breakfast done, kitchen floor swept & mopped, and off to the splash pad with my boy I go today! Celebrating a healthy me. The pain is in full force today, but I am ignoring it!

Praising God and taking a huge sigh of relief...IT'S NOTHING!!!! The Dr. appt. went well and I will be fine. Hallelujah!!

Off to preschool with Ryan and then it's yet another Dr. appt. for me. Concerned about this one. I will keep you all posted. I pray that it's nothing....PLEASE let it be nothing. I just don't know if I am strong enough to take anymore.

Sitting at dinner, I told Mike about the wind blowing our newly resurrected gazebo today. I said it was blowing it back & forth, back & forth. Ryan chimed in with, "Not back & forth...how about back & fifth!" SERIOUSLY, how can my 4 year old play on words??! Thanks alot Elaine LeCrone Birkinshaw! It sure does run in the family!!! LOL!

"Will the wind help make the hurt go away?" -Ryan after 4 shots at his checkup today. He is perfectly healthy!! All kgn boosters done! 38 5/8 in. and 34 lbs. My little man is great!

What a GREAT weekend! So much fun with all my friends and so blessed to be well enough to go. Lots of big hugs from my boy when I opened his door after nap time. It's nice to be missed.

Off to the lake house with all my fellow mom friends this weekend. I am out of here!

What a fantastic concert last night!! Mandisa, Jamie Grace, & Laura Story were all wonderful! I am glad Mike is off today. I need it to recover from last night. SO tired, but boy was it worth it to even be able to go!!!
