Thanks! I am happy to hear he's helped so many people, and I understand there are some common frustrations dealing with his office. My first appointment is definite, and I'll take it from there. Just glad there are options.

I can't sugar coat the occasional difficulties, but with all those doctors who worked days and got back to me fast with terrible and injurious advice for the decades I've been ill, I'll take Dr. F. on his terms any day.

That pretty well sums up why I'm going to see him, MCF. And I thank everyone who has cautioned me about what to expect in terms of wait time, office issues, etc.
