Guest jaimie83
....well sort of. Tonight on the msnbc nightly news there was a special on endonasal brain surgery http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/8304870/ (you can see the video clip online) It is really weird seeing it on television seeing what was happening to me while under anethesia, but it is also great to know that they are getting the word out on the surgery. Hopefully some neurosurgeons will watch it and want to become experts with these "new tools" Just thought I would share it with you all. Member of the 1000 Post Club cheryl f Posted July 30, 2005 Member of the 1000 Post Club Report Share Posted July 30, 2005 Thanks Jaimie! That was very interesting. My friend is going to be a nurse and took an anatomy class with cadavers....well when they got to the part about the brains, they were incredibly interested in my pit surgery. They wanted to know all about it, how big the tumor was and how they did the surgery. Told my friend I would be a "show and tell" if they'd like....thanks for shaing this with us. I had missed it when it was on. Cheryl F
