This site is awesome. Is international and in several different languages too. It also has a copy of a letter to take the ER for Adrenal Crisis...stating that this patient must receive a shot of IV hydrocortisone immediately or he/she may die, putting your establishment at liability for unlawful death. Gives specific outlines for treatment as well. You can have your doctor sign it.
