Article about Muscle Breakdown and Cortisol

I came across this article on line from a Muscle Building/Weight Lifting site (see what happens when you Google Cortisol, :pcwhack: ). The article is interesting in it's explanation of the metabolism of Cholesterol to Cortisol. It also does a nice job explaining the inter-relatinship of all the hormones that run your body. If you ignor the weight lifting/excersise stuff, it's a pretty good article!

Thanks for the article. I disagree with one thing --- it says that cortisol is at its highest early in the morning and at bedtime. Don't think they have that right --- midnight is at its lowest.
