MCF
http://www.proteinpower.com/drmike/saturat...leolithic-diet/ Very good write up by Michael Eades, M.D. about the pre release of a paleo diet study. The study found that even in only 10 days, fasting insulin, blood glucose and blood pressure were all significantly improved on the grain free diet. MCF
Yeah, it's very hard for vegetarians to control glycemic load. It's very limiting, but it can be done. The problem is that the heavy reliance on soy products that's involved can mess up your thyroid. I first developed my severe metabolic probs while on a vegetarian diet.
