The study found that even in only 10 days, fasting insulin, blood glucose and blood pressure were all significantly improved on the grain free diet.

The problem is that the heavy reliance on soy products that's involved can mess up your thyroid. I first developed my severe metabolic probs while on a vegetarian diet.
