SafetyAlerts August 23, 2001 Cortizone 10 Plus Creme Recalled Parsippany, NJ (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said today that Pfizer Inc. is recalling Cortizone 10 Plus Creme because the product is cross-contaminated with the firm's Ben-Gay Product. (Methyl Salicylate, Menthol and Camphor.) This is the first public notice of this Class III recall issued by the FDA.
