I bought shirts before - Cushings survivor - although I probably need one saying Cushings Fighter - I think is's winning.
I,also, bought one for my mom that said Cushings Support staff - I think. We loved them and they were big sizes - nice fit.
I would buy another T shirt - I don't do sweatshirts or long sleeves.

How sad. He never got to know life after Cushings, either.

Has anyone else seen this actress - Dana Hill ? She supposedly died at 32 of a stroke from Diabetes that also stunted her growth. I don't know how to put files here. But I saw it on a Child star TV show and looked her up online. To me she looks like a classic Cushie.

Robin - I amost speechless - almost . I have been sure my mother and several of her relatives have it. That is a great finding. Thanks for the info.

Very intersting. Thanks for posting this.

Oh - when I saw your topic - I thought you were trying to describe a color for Cushings !! (lol)
I was thinking about this and I think my Cushings in Gray - I don't really like gray - it depresses me - so that's my thought.
I am however glad the Cush ribbons are blue and yellow - they are pretty, I think.
Thanks though for giving this crazy Cushie a laugh !!

Thanks Mary for that info. I am sure when I bought my shirts a year or so ago, they only had 2XL. Glad to know there are more choices available.
Hope you're doing good - thanks for everything, Denise

I would love the wrist bands and car magnets. (probably 5 of each to start)
I have a couple of the white Cushie Survivor and support Tshirts, but would love a different one - yellow or blue would be great - and BIG sizes !! (thanks)
What about key chains - any of those on the list ?
Thanks, Denise

It is actually very high tech - but is not for Cushings tumors - only Cancer.
There is something called the blood - brain barrier that keeps Chemo drugs from affecting cancers of the brain , so that is why this was developed. It is extremely expensive and fairly new , but good news for people with brain cancer.

great idea - does anyone know where we could get some made?

I would love to read it. Thanks, Denise

That's interesting.
Funny, though - I went to a Psychic a few weeks ago and she told me that I looked well on the outside, but was very sick on the inside and she asked what it was that caused me to have terrible headaches. I explained best I could and she told me God was sending me a message to send my records to the Cleveland Clinic for a second opinion. I know nothing about the Cleveland Clinic or even if my insurance would cover it. Just thought that was interesting that she came up with that.
I hope Scott Hamilton does well in recovery. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Thanks Dara and MaryO -
That was a question I was getting ready to ask. What to put on a medic alert after I have my Pit removed. This gives me some ideas.
