i read somewhere that the fat distributes to upper torso area n neck region...body's way of shielding the delicate structures/organs in those areas. with cushings, bones get weak so i guess that makes sense.
i didn't experience any tingling in the hump area but it could be due to nerve pinging due to the weight of the fat (my guess).
