Alone at home. No hubby, no kiddo. I have my Sputnik & Angel and I'm going to do whatever I want today!! First in the agenda... A workout!!! It's been way too long and I need it! Jillian Michaels and the elliptical, here I come!!

I know I'm old and a parent when going to Lowes past 7:00 PM to buy new toilet seats without the kiddo is a fun adventure. Lol!

Two years ago in this day I was having a life saving surgery to remove my adrenal gland and the 3cm tumor that wreaked havoc on my life. Take a look at me now! Healthy, 70 lbs lighter, and enjoying life to the fullest! Praise God for sparing my life!!!

It's Friday!! I am thankful that Mike can video tape Ryan's Thanksgiving program today. It will be family movie night tonight! Tomorrow Ryan is off to Linda Day Turner and Fred Turner's house for a few days in the country and this mama is going to RELAX!

It was worth missing my exit and taking the longer way back from the field trip. There were 2 5 year old boys plus me singing our hearts out to Z88.3! So much fun!!

I am so excited to spend the day with Ryan!!

Sat in a killer training course all day long with information overload only to come home to a clean house, bathrooms, floors, laundry, cat box, & fish tank cleaned. I LOVE my wonderful hubby and son who worked so hard while I was gone. I am one blessed lady! I love you Mike Williamson and thanks for letting me take that nap!

I am grateful that Mike is off tomorrow! Hitting the gym first thing and then it's family day!

Spent this beautiful afternoon raking the front yard with my hubby and watching Ryan ride his bike. There was a day not so long ago when I would've given anything to be able to rake one leaf. Fantastic afternoon!!

Enjoyed my reward for my hard work and weight loss!

An hour on the elliptical done!! Now I can have that cake later on!

Woo Hoo! Walked over 10,000 steps today and still going! Goodbye FAT. I will NOT miss you!

Thanks to Fitbit Zip, I have lost two lbs this week thanks to an accurate calorie burn!! Ryan's lip is healing and he's off to school today. Here's to another day of healthy eating and lots of exercise!

Great day with my boy! Lots of exercise, a trip to Petsmart with Sputnik, a good conversation with a neighbor, and a walk around the block on this beautiful day!

Keeping my little man home today. No rough play for him until his lip closes. Movie day, snuggles, and running errands. Sounds good to me!

After a scary afternoon and a trip to Nemours hospital, Ryan's busted lip is going to be fine without stitches. He ran into a kid on the indoor playground and hit the carpeted stage. The pediatrician sent us to the hospital thinking it needed stitches, but we got lucky! Best hospital ever! Ryan got to watch Cars 2 and the Home Depot was there and he got to build and paint a toolbox! He's on a soft food diet and some Motrin. He should be ok in about a week.
